Terms of Service for Order Tracking
Article 1 - Service Scope
1.1 Refers to logistics status inquiries, node updates, and anomaly alerts provided by DFYH Platform.
1.2 Applies to all individuals and organizations using the service.
Article 2 - Data Management
2.1 Only necessary information is collected (e.g., tracking numbers, addresses, contact details).
2.2 Data is used solely for logistics tracking; unauthorized secondary use is prohibited.
Article 3 - Access Rights
3.1 Consumers may access their own orders; logistics providers view only delivery-related fields; administrator operations are subject to audit trails.
Article 4 - Service Standards
4.1 Logistics information is updated every 4 hours; anomalies trigger real-time alerts.
4.2 User disputes are manually verified and resolved within 24 hours.
Article 5 - User Rights
5.1 Users may inquire about collected data fields and third-party sharing lists.
5.2 Data deletion requests may be submitted 30 days after order completion (except where statutory retention periods apply).
Article 6 - Exemptions
6.1 Service interruptions due to force majeure events exempt DFYH from liability.
6.2 Users bear full responsibility for consequences arising from self-disclosed tracking information.
Article 7 - Terms Modification
Material revisions are notified via platform announcements and dedicated emails/SMS.
