1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
  • Time Limit: You have 7 days from the date of receiving your Jun porcelain items to initiate a return or exchange request. Please note that this period starts from the day the package is successfully delivered to you.
  • Quality - related Issues: If the Jun porcelain you received has obvious quality problems, such as cracks, chips, or significant color deviations from the product images on our website (www.dongfangyaohuo.com), please contact our customer service immediately. Provide detailed descriptions of the quality issues, the quantity of the affected products, and clear photos as evidence.
  • Wrong Items Sent: In case you receive the wrong Jun porcelain items (different style, size, or design from what you ordered), contact our customer service, and we will guide you through the return and exchange process.
  • Non - returnable Items: Due to the unique and hand - crafted nature of Jun porcelain, personalized or custom - made items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless there are quality issues.
2. Return and Exchange Process

3. Shipping Costs
